Evening meal Foods ~ Solar nutrition
Starting at 6:30 p.m. local standard time (*some exceptions apply)(alaska timeline realignments apply @ as an exception) the rays of the sun enter into the 'bounce' range of light, energizing the geometry of life
which grows just at or below ground level. Roots, fungi, marine vegetables and marine life are now enlivened. Selections are more limited than the other 2 time zones, as the body needs only high quality ~limited quantity of bounce range foods to rest, regenerate, {RE~GENer~ATE} and reJuvenATE at night!
1) Proteins
Fungi/Mushrooms *(in moderation, with some exceptions) !*!*!ALL Fungi/Mushrooms must be cooked!!!!! KNOW YOUR MUSHROOMS BEFORE EATING THEM!!!
Spirulina***{raised in Marine water~~~Chlorella type of Algae raised in freshwater [hence an afternoon food]}
Peanuts/Peanut butter (2 peanuts per 10 lbs of ideal body weight) ***PEANUTS MUST BE DRY ROASTED OR COOKED!
Eggs } *Minimize or not use if possible
Marine Life/fish } *Minimize or not use if possible
Marine Plants/Seaweed ~contain some protein
*Baked potato that has been dextrinized is said to be a protein
*2/3 brown rice and 1/3 wild rice said to be protein
*Bacteria (fermented food products~ in moderation!)

Water Chestnut

Brewers yeast *(neutralized 'cooked' kind, does not grow)
